Erie Elizabeth Bobo's

Hello Tom:

Regarding the bracelet, I do admit I was/am selfishly tempted to keep it because it is sterling, and quite heavy, with a lovely clasp.  However, I think the more important ethical act would be to gift the bracelet back to her or to her direct heirs.

I am attaching two photos of the bracelet.  Photo PB157847 shows the face and PB157850 emphasizes the back side, the damaged area, and a number which may or may not be significant.

Though hard-to-read, well-worn, and broken  --  the bracelet still holds special sentiment.  I feel sure the loss of her bracelet was heart-wrenching and emotionally a very sad thing to experience.  I'll bet her wrist felt ever-so-naked and "wrong" with no bracelet resting there.

I had looked for Erie Elizabeth Bobo's name on the world wide web more than a decade ago without success.  When I recently came across the bracelet among some other items I was sifting through, I decided to search the web again. Your web page is the only one that has listed her exact name.

Thanks for your help.  Please do communicate with your clan and let's see if we can find the most worthy recipient.
