Hello Tom Gegenheimer,

Thank you very much for your message. Is your grandmother an Alberta or a Roberta? My grandmother insisted that Alberta was not a proper name for a girl that it should be Roberta. My father and brother both had the name of Albert HEIMER.

It would be great if you would post my request on your web site. Although I have been doing genealogy for about 20 years I just now started on the Germany side of the HEIMER family and really don't know where to start. The delay was partly caused by my mothers line having BROWNs on both sides and have spent many hours trying to straighten out that mixup. I have had several nice notes sent thru the Baden-Werttemberg site but so far nothing has clicked for me.

I have quite a bit on Diantha SEVERY, the spouse of George GEGENHEIMER, because of it being published in a book but almost nothing was written about him. Anything you could find out would be greatly appreciated and all people contacting me will receive an answer from me. Thanks again.
