Republican incumbent seeking council seat

WINCHESTER -- Republican William Terrell has filed to seek re-election to his District 3 seat on Randolph County Council.

Terrell is now in his second term on the council. Filing for the primary and school board elections runs through Feb. 17.

Other incumbents filing to seek re-election in recent days included Democrat Leonard L. Fisher, Jackson Township Board; Republican Amanda Gegenheimer, Franklin Township Board; Scott Byrum, at-large seat on the Randolph Eastern School Board; Bruce A. Buchanan, East-West Parker seat on the Monroe Central School Board; and Kurt L. Prescott, Jackson Township seat on the Randolph Eastern School Board, and Russ Isenbarger, Washington Township seat on the Randolph Southern School Board.
